Responsibilities and Duties
You will provide maintenance of hospital and grounds
You will perform a variety of tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, & electrical work
You will test and inspect physical plant equipment, and perform preventative maintenance
You will work perform various janitorial functions related to maintenance
Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills
1 year minimum experience in building and equipment maintenance and have experience with hand and power tools.
Must be familiar with applicable codes and standards.
Experience working in a healthcare setting is desired.
Must have a valid driver's license.
High school graduate or equivalent.
