What You’ll Do
As an LPN Float, you will support patient care needs across various units. Key responsibilities include:
- Participating in the modification of the plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, considering each patient’s developmental needs.
- Participating in evaluating patient responses to interventions based on expected outcomes.
- Reassessing patients as outlined in the Nursing Standards of Care Policy and modifying the plan of care as needed.
- Contributing to patient assessments by conducting focused evaluations.
- Collecting and comparing patient data to previous conditions and documenting or reporting changes appropriately.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Licensure / Certification / Education
- Current LPN license from the State of Oklahoma required.
- Current BLS required.
Experience
- One (1) year full‑ or part‑time (greater than 20 hours/week) hospital‑based experience required.
- Basic computer skills required.
