Position Overview
- Role PRN BC General Psychiatrist
- Patient Population Ages twelve and older, adult, adolescent, older adult and military populations, comfort seeing all ages is required
- Schedule PRN weekends and vacation coverages, PRN floater on different units as needed for vacation coverages
- For weekend PRN, Saturday and Sunday require on-site presence and tele-phonic call after hours, while Friday coverage can be managed by tele. The role primarily involves conducting initial psychiatric evaluations, with follow-up visits and very rare discharges on weekends.
- Employment type PRN Hospital employed W-2
- BC in General Psychiatry required. BC preferred.
- Active or eligible for FL medical license
- Commutable distance or local area psychiatrists required.
- Comfort with seeing ages twelve and older is required.
