Position Details
- Patient population Inpatient adolescent care for patients ages 12-17.
- Care Setting Mostly inpatient work with additional adolescent PHP/IOP available (optional).
- Manageable Caseload Average of 15 total patient encounters per day.
- Position Type Full-time Employed W-2 with benefits or 1099 Independent Contractor available.
- Schedule Monday-Friday, days only.
- Call No weekday call required.
- Weekends Average 15 weekend rounding split amongst the team.
- Competitive base salary range $330,000-$350,000.
- Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance available.
- Bonus Additional earnings through potential via Productivity Bonus and additional weekend coverage and evening call.

- Licenses & Dues reimbursement

- Board certified or board eligible child & adolescent psychiatry required.
- Arizona medical license or the ability to obtain an Arizona medical license.
- Meets all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians
