About the Role:

We are looking for an organized and motivated college student to join our Human Resources team in summer or Fall 2025 on a Per Diem, weekly basis on site in Franklin, MA to aid our Human Resources & Recruitment team's workload.

Arbour provides interns with the ability to customize their own professional experience. We also offer a flexible schedule to accommodate work/life balance. Come work in a behavioral healthcare setting to learn the basics of HR as well as help to hire & bring in some of the top healthcare heroes to help aid the mental health crisis in the community.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Work with a long-term HRD and her team of seasoned employees
• Learn basic HR principles
• Assist HR Director and her team with projects
• Gain real world experience working in a for-profit counseling/mental health company
• Work with Recruitment Specialist on job postings, marketing new roles, qualifying incoming applicants, helping with candidate references, setting up interviews, job fairs, exit interviews, etc.

• Must be obtaining a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 
• Strongly prefer someone who has previous HR experience, who has taken courses relevant to HR, and who is interested in pursuing a career in HR/Recruitment 
• Must understand and respect confidentiality
• Absolutely must be tech savvy
• Must have an interest in human resources and business principles
• Must be enthusiastic
• Must have a respect for workplace rules and fellow workers
• A reliable car to travel to sites
• Candidate must possess appropriate citizenship work documentation

• Candidate must pass a CORI and drug test, as well as other pre-employment documentation
