Job Description
The Human Resources Coordinator provides clerical and general support to the Human Resources Director; to promote the effective flow of information and to manage office services in a manner that positively supports hospital operations in a manner that is consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Lakeside Behavioral Health System.

Qualifications
Job Requirements
High school diploma required. Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Prefer 3 years experience in the areas of recruitment, selection, benefits, employment law, worker’s compensation, compensation, employee relations. HR generalist experience in a hospital setting is desirable.
Prefer knowledge of recruitment, selection, benefits, employment law, worker’s compensation, compensation, employee relations. Advanced computer skills required.
