House Supervisor (RN - Days)

SummitRidge Hospital provides quality behavioral health and addiction treatment services in Lawrenceville, GA, approximately 30 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta. Our dedicated healthcare teams provide caring and professional inpatient, outpatient and support services to adults and adolescents suffering from psychiatric or addictive disorders. Additionally, the Geriatric unit provides acute care for seniors in psychiatric crisis.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced RN House Supervisor to effectively direct the activities of the inpatient units and evaluate the appropriateness and effectiveness of patient care during assigned shift or other established time frame and keeps the Director of Nursing and other shift supervisors abreast of significant events or problems. The RN House Supervisor also coordinates the flow of patients collaboratively with our Assessment Department for continuity in bed control.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current State of Georgia Registered Nurse License
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in related field required with current validation in area specific skills, charge nurse or previous management experience preferred.
