Food Service Worker
Full-time Food Service Worker located at CRMC Hospital in Corona, CA
Reporting to the Director of Nutritional Services this position prepares hot food items for patient trayline, cafeteria, doctor's lounge, and catering functions according to production schedule. In absence of director or chef, supervises kitchen staff and acts as lead person. Ensures all duties are completed in a consistent manner, according to all local, state, and federal regulations.

Corona Community Hospital merged with Circle City Medical Center in 1992 and the resulting entity became Corona Regional Medical Center. Qualifications
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2-4 year previous experience with hospital or institutional food preparation required.
- Basic to advanced culinary skills; Knowledge of modified and therapeutic diets perferred.
- Food Workers’ certificate required within 30 days of start date.
