Family Medicine physician to join a large outpatient primary care practice with Capital Medical Group. This role offers a competitive compensation package including base salary plus wRVU incentives with an exceptional team. Providers with Capital Medical Group deliver high-quality primary care, health screenings and advanced specialized care to adults of the DMV (the District, Maryland, and Virginia). At Capital Medical Group, our specially trained and highly experienced physicians and caregivers treat a wide range of conditions using advanced technologies and minimally invasive techniques. Formerly known as Medical Faculty Associates, we offer wellness services, geriatric services, women’s services, and internal medicine, along with specialty care including gastroenterology, a full suite of surgical services, orthopedic services, cardiology, pulmonary medicine, ophthalmology, and more through a network of nearly 20 hospital and care locations, including GW University Hospital, Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center, and GW Urgent Care, as well as affiliated sites. We are proud to deliver equitable care to neighbors and communities across the region. Our academic affiliation is with the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences.

- Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse outpatient population
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff
- Manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities
- Document care using the group’s EMR system
- Salary: Competitive base plus productivity-based wRVU incentives/bonuses
