Hanover Hill Behavioral Health, located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, will combine two leaders in health care, in the partnership of Universal Health Services & Lehigh Valley Health Network starting in late fall 2025. This brand new 144-bed free standing behavioral health facility will offer the community high-quality behavioral health care services for seniors, adults and adolescents.
Hanover is seeking an experienced Director of Utilization Management and Review. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team while working in a state-of-the-art facility, including EPIC.
The Utilization Review Director is responsible for overseeing the utilization review process, ensuring efficient and effective use of healthcare services. This role involves performing admission and concurrent reviews of patients, assessing the appropriateness of patient care, and working closely with physicians and case managers to ensure compliance with utilization standards. The Director provides guidance to the utilization review staff, advises on improving productivity, and maintains reporting standards, supporting the hospital’s mission to deliver cost-effective, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications
Master Degree Required
5-8 year of experience Required of Utilization Review and Management
Pennsylvania RN License or LMHC/LCSW preferred
