The Midwest Center is a respected healthcare provider, fully accredited, 74-bed private, residential treatment facility with locations in Valparaiso and Kouts, IN. We are dedicated to care of the hearts and minds of our patients with compassion and superior quality behavioral healthcare services through our full-immersion Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program for children and adolescents ages 10 - 18 who struggle with emotional, behavioral and mental health challenges.

The Director of Clinical Services provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and clinical expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role oversees clincial programs, ensures regulatory compliance, supports clinical staff, and collaborates with organizational leadership to drive excellence in service delivery and patient outcomes.

Qualifications
Master's degree in social work, psychology or counseling from an accredited school required. Three years of work experience in a behavioral health/psychiatric setting with patients aged 10-18yrs. Two years of work experience in DBT evidence-based treatment. LCSW, LMFT, LMHC required.
