AGBH is looking for a dedicated Community Liaison who will have the opportunity to work with an extraordinary business development team and be committed to making a difference in the lives of those in need. Position Goals and Objectives:
- This position is full-time, salaried exempt
- Collaborates with the Director of Community/Business Development to represent AGBH within the community
- Implement the facility’s strategic plan and enhancing the facility’s brand/image
- Effectively manage their assigned territory and accounts
- Develop relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for Referral Sources
- Drive internal organizational change by utilizing external customer feedback to continuously improve customer service
- Monitor, analyze and forecast health trends and indicators in the service area to maximize marketing efforts
- Educate community on mental health awareness and best practices
- Bring creative and unique problem solving capabilities to the department and organization

Qualifications
Your skills and experience will include:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred. Experience may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in lieu of a degree.
- Must have experience working with the substance abuse population, such as detox and chemical dependency.
- Marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred. (3) years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older and able to pass a drug screen and background check
