The LifeWorks School System, with locations in Doylestown, Levittown and Media, PA is actively hiring for One to One Staff for the 2025-2026 Academic School Year.
The LifeWorks Schools are licensed specialty therapeutic day schools for students in middle and high school effected by social, emotional, or behavioral health challenges. LifeWorks comprehensive educational curriculum is individualized and designed to actively engage each student throughout the day to achieve positive, pro-social behavioral and educational outcomes. A One to One Staff assists with classroom instruction in a one on one setting. This person aids students in understanding subject matter, and ensures that regular classroom routines are followed.
Responsibilities
- Working with students that have special needs and/or challenging behaviors.
- Supporting instruction to individuals
- Monitoring and managing student behaviors.
- Modeling and encouraging positive social skills as needed.
- Supporting students through classroom transitions
- Perform other duties as directed by school administration
