Supported by an established referral network, a full Device Clinic, Office-Based Laboratory (OBL), experienced APPs, and functioning EP labs across two health systems, you'll have the resources to build a thriving electrophysiology practice while focusing on what matters most delivering exceptional patient care.

Our physicians are supported by an experienced, multidisciplinary team and comprehensive in-house diagnostic capabilities, allowing patients to receive timely evaluations and coordinated care in one convenient location. Our on-site services include advanced cardiac imaging, stress testing, vascular diagnostics, cardiac monitoring, and a dedicated Device Clinic that provides comprehensive support for our electrophysiology (EP) program.
In addition, our fully operational Office-Based Laboratory (OBL) enables minimally invasive vascular and cardiovascular procedures in a high-quality outpatient setting. The facility is designed for future conversion to an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), positioning the practice for continued growth and expanded procedural offerings.

Position Overview
- Employment type Full-time
- Practice Model Independent physician-owned cardiovascular group with strong referral relationships across Northern Nevada
- Schedule Two procedural days in the hospital, two clinic days, and one Office Based Laboratory (OBL) day with flexibility based on shared procedural coverage
- Call Shared clinic call
- Patient Volume Approximately 20 patients daily in clinic, supported by APPs and dedicated staff
- Practice Setting Main clinic in Reno, satellite clinic in Carson City, and third Northern Nevada location planned for 2027
- Support/Care Team Dedicated MA and administrative support for every provider
- Technology & Infrastructure Full device clinic; established OBL with future ASC conversion plans; functioning EP laboratories within partnering health systems; advanced cardiovascular diagnostic capabilities
- EMR Athena
- Evaluate and manage patients across the spectrum of electrophysiology care
- Perform device implantation and a broad range of EP procedures
- Collaborate closely with cardiologists, APPs, and multidisciplinary support teams
- Participate in shared call coverage
- Utilize Athena EMR for clinical documentation
- Contribute to the continued growth of the electrophysiology program
- Competitive Salary In the $600K-$700K range - based on experience, productivity, and procedural scope
