Business Development Liaison - Temporary, Full-Time

anyon Ridge Hospital is currently seeking a compassionate and talented Community Liason (Temporary) to join our team.

Canyon Ridge Hospital has serviced the Greater Inland Empire since 1989. Canyon Ridge is a 157-bed acute, locked psychiatric facility offering services to adolescents ages 13-17, adults and older adults.

We believe in an individualized, patient-focused approach to diagnosis and treatment. For some, anxiety or drug dependence looks different from others with the same diagnoses, and in some cases, behavioral health and substance use disorders occur simultaneously. In these cases of dual diagnosis, we treat the patients in the best way possible given their specific needs.

The Community Liaison directly serves as the liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies.  The Community Liaison is directly responsible for creating demand for the facility’s services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods.

In collaboration with the Director of Business Development and Business Development Team, the Community Liaison presents a positive and professional public image of the facility within the community. This is a Temporary position with a possibiliy of becoming Full Time.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required
• Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.
• Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record and willingness/availability to travel within the state in personal vehicle.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and must be able to obtain and maintain an CA Driver’s License
