What are the responsibilities and job description for the ACTIVITY AIDE/COORDINATOR-PRN position at UHS?
Develop and implement expressive therapy treatment plans that are age appropriate, and consistent with overall treatment goals Remain under supervision of certified/registered therapist.
Maintain the clinical and administrative documentation associated with performed services.
Progress notes should be accurate, timely, legible and co-signed by certified/registered therapist.
Effectively contribute to discharge planning of patients.
Assist in keeping supplies and equipment organized and in working condition.

Qualifications
Completion of Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree coursework in relevant field.
Must be able to work with several distractions including light conversations. Must be able to deal with aggressive, hostile and irrational behaviors of patients. Must be able to respond immediately in crisis situations concerning patients and/or family members.
