We provide psychiatric treatment for depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, schizophrenia, phobia and more. Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a talented and dynamic ACTIVITY AIDE/COORDINATOR (FULL TIME)
Position Summary: Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive recreation therapy program to meet the physical, social, cultural, and recreational needs of patients. This includes planning and organizing activity therapy, evaluating patients' abilities and behaviors, participating in interdisciplinary treatment teams, documenting according to facility standards, demonstrating knowledge of therapeutic activities for psychiatric and chemically dependent patients, and communicating with other departments to ensure patient needs are met.

Qualifications
Minimum: High School diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience working with children/adolescents, geriatric, and/or adults with emotional, behavioral, and/or developmental disabilities.
Preferred: Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
