The Corporate Public Relations Department at UHS is hiring a PR Intern that will provide support on high-visibility UHS Corporate projects and UHS social media accounts.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Assist with fact-finding for issues management; collecting and validating corporate level data that supports the UHS reputation and narrative (facts, stats, metrics, year-over-year trends)
• Supporting earned media, awards and speaking opportunities
• Assist with social media account management, content development and reporting; and updating the UHS Awards & Rankings deck as well as other materials, as needed
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or a related degree from accredited college or university.
• Student must be rising into senior year (at minimum, must have 1st semester of junior year completed).
• Minimum GPA: 3.0
• Self-motivation, maintaining an interest in advertising and marketing trends and techniques.
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable handling multiple assignments.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Desire to learn and share ideas in a collaborative work environment.
