Office Coordinator
Horizon Health is seeking an office coordinator to work on-siteat our National Support Center in Lewisville, TX. Thia position will be Monday-Friday, 8:30a-5:30p.The Office Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for the client facilities, the MHO Client Relations Team, and the department as a whole. The Office Coordinator is a member of the PsychSafe workforce, a Patient Safety Organization.To perform this entry level job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential core function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, experience, and ability necessary to perform this job.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer questions/concerns or triage to appropriate level of customer support.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating client information in MHO systems; completing administrative tasks in support of Client Relations team.
- Coordinate with internal resources to deliver on projects and support needs.
- Ensure correct and timely posting of reports.
- Maintain and distribute collateral and resource materials.
- Maintains documentation regarding client FAQs, feedback, and recommendations for system enhancements.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in health related and administrative fields is helpful
- Experience in customer service/ client relations
- Proficient in microsoft outlook, excel, word, and power point
- excellent interpersonal, telephone, written, and customer relations skills
