Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate patient care
- Round daily and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and facility leadership
- Document efficiently using our EMR with dictation support
- Help improve quality of life for geriatric patients
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- DEA Certification
- 1 year of experience preferred
- Background in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Hospital Medicine, ICU, Emergency Medicine, or Primary Care is a plus
