In exchange, this rewarding position comes with excellent benefits Project Management Technician Minimum Qualifications: Experience performing and utilizing tools and equipment in any of the following areas: carpentry, metal framing, painting, masonry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing or landscaping Respond promptly and efficiently to facility needs. Valid driver’s license and a good driving record to operate a motor vehicle; adhere to all local vehicular regulations while driving Work Environment: The work requires observing necessary safety precautions while working around moving parts, machines for building and site maintenance.
