This general internship allows students to explore different areas of the organization based on their interests, skills, and business needs.Interns will gain exposure to business operations, departmental priorities, and day-to-day workflows while working closely with experienced professionals. Participants will contribute to meaningful projects that support our mission of delivering simple and worry-free experiences for our members, physicians, and associates.During the application process, candidates will have the opportunity to indicate areas of interest to help align placement within the organization.Program Duration8-week programIn office during internship Job ResponsibilitiesParticipate in department meetings, training sessions, and project initiatives.Assist with department-specific tasks such as data analysis, research, customer support, or administrative duties.Collaborate with team members and demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.Conduct research and assist with preparing summaries or presentations for department leadership.Support process improvement initiatives and workflow efficiencies.Work with department leaders to complete assigned projects within established timelines.Perform additional duties as assigned to support department operations.
