Pay: training period $16. Raise to $17 after 30 days or as soon as you're ready.

Position Summary
UGo Mobility is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-friendly Driver / Equipment Delivery Associate to join our team.
This role is responsible for delivering and picking up mobility equipment, keeping equipment clean and ready for use, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a smooth experience for guests and hotel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport and deliver mobility equipment to hotels, residences, and designated guest locations
- Pick up equipment on schedule and return it safely to storage or designated areas
- Clean, sanitize, inspect, and maintain equipment before and after deliveries and pickups
- Take clear photos of deliveries, pickups, and equipment for documentation
- Notify guests once equipment has been delivered via text.
- Professionally greet and acknowledge hotel staff during deliveries and pickups
- Update all delivery and pickup activity accurately in logistics Calendar
- Upload photos and operational updates to the company inventory system.
- Review calendar regularly to prepare for same-day and next-day appointments
- Load and unload equipment based on route and operational needs
- Conduct inventory checks every time storage is visited
- Keep storage organized and update inventory records as needed
- Keep your phone on, accessible, and respond promptly to team communication during your shift
- Stay organized, manage your route efficiently, and move through appointments in a timely manner

Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work, if required
- Ability to safely lift, move, load, and unload mobility equipment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps, messaging platforms, and company systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
- Previous delivery, hospitality, transportation, or logistics experience is preferred but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and maneuver equipment safely
- Ability to drive for extended periods throughout the day
- Ability to bend, push, pull, and stand as needed during deliveries and pickups
- Ability to work in varying traffic, weather, and operational conditions
Salary : $16 - $17
