This position reports to the Executive Director’s Office at the UFT Welfare Fund.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Fast-paced department, extremely efficient multi-tasker with the ability to think critically, be creative and work under pressure
- Project-driven department. Ability to coordinate and collaborate with other departments/teams and outside organizations
- Provide diverse secretarial and administrative support, including composing and editing correspondence
- Prepare schedules and compile reports as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Preferred Skills:
- This position requires prior experience in a professional office environment.
- Proficient to intermediate experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Proficient using Salesforce and MBS
Salary: $60k - $70K Workdays/hours: Monday – Friday, 10am to 6pm
