Job Summary The Production Coordinator is responsible for compiling records and reports on various aspects of a plant’s production activities. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Prepares production reports on plant activity Maintains the inventory of production-related items and supplies as required Prepares reports regarding production downtime for payroll as required Requests new product codes as required Verifies that production sheets are properly numbered and logged Prepares cycle count/inventory adjustments as required Create Production / Shipping Packets Revises product costing as required Prepares regular and special reports as required Performs other duties as required Qualifications Minimum high school graduate with experience in business or office procedures Minimum six months of experience in an office environment Working knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications Excel, Word, and Outlook Compensation & Benefit Information: Hourly/Salary Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 an hour dependent on experience* *pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living Bonus/Incentive Pay (appropriate item below would be inserted based on the job): For sales positions: The percentage of incentive compensation that may be earned varies based on the customer account classification and is calculated based on collected gross profit. For salaried bonus positions: Annual performance bonus opportunity based on Company and specific business unit ROI and PBOP achievement criteria and individual job responsibility and performance. For hourly positions with incentive pay: Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
