Job Title : Quality Control Helper
Job Summary : The Quality Control Specialist ensures that all products meet Quest UFPI's stringent 100% Quality Standards before they are shipped to customers. This role involves overseeing the entire process of identifying, securing, cleaning, counting, assembling, and packaging materials.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
- Quality Assurance : Evaluate products to ensure they meet Quest UFPI's high-quality standards.
- Document and Drawing Interpretation : Read and understand basic documents and drawings related to product specifications.
- Accurate Counting : Perform precise counting of quantities and identify materials based on travelers.
- Measurement Proficiency : Utilize a tape measure effectively to verify product dimensions and specifications.
- Computer and ERP System Use : Perform basic computer tasks and navigate the ERP system for inventory and quality control functions.
- Inventory Management : Apply foundational knowledge of inventory management principles.
- 5S Maintenance : Maintain a clean and organized workspace following the 5S methodology.
- Adaptability : Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be willing to learn and perform additional duties as needed.
- Warehouse Knowledge : Apply basic warehouse knowledge to enhance operational efficiency.
- Safety Compliance : Prioritize safety and adhere to all safety protocols and practices.
