What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor production machinery to meet daily goals
• Load and handle materials safely and efficiently
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic maintenance
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to keep operations running smoothly
• Participate in safety and continuous improvement programs

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• A hands-on, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Pay and Perks

• Hourly pay range: $20.00 to $24.00 based on experience
