Job Summary
The Field Project Manager is responsible for maintaining relationships with current Multi-Family and Commercial construction accounts and develops new relationships with potential accounts. Works under the direction of an Account Manager or the Regional Sales Manager; exercises discretion and judgment on work priority on a regular basis; and a certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
This is a non-commissioned, bonus-eligible, salary position.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Services and maintains positive relationships with current customer base
- Regularly visits jobsites in accordance with proposed schedule and resolves job-site issues and concerns
- Provide accurate market feedback on competitors, service requirements
- Resolves customer issues/problems on a timely basis
- Identifies customers' needs and presents solutions by recommending potential product enhancements or modifications
- Assists Account Managers in generating new sales by promoting product line to new and existing customers
- Monitors sales market in assigned region
- Prepares various reports as required
- Performs other duties as required (job drive-bys, job setup, pre-con meeting attendance, etc)
- Minimum high school diploma; preferred bachelor's degree
- Preferred one to three years of experience in construction or related area.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and other software for business applications
- Preferred manufacturing background, but not required
- Preferred experience and knowledge of UFP’s organization, culture, and product lines
