This role is responsible for producing professional video, photography, graphics, and digital media that bring UFP’s products, people, and values to life while helping communicate complex, technical information in a clear and engaging way.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, produce, and edit multimedia content including promotional videos, internal communications updates and town halls, product demonstrations, training videos and simple graphics. Skill with animation a plus.
- Capture high-quality photography and videography in manufacturing, distribution, and office environments.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, on-brand content for internal and external use.
- Manage and organize digital media assets for enterprise-wide use.
- Ensure all content aligns with UFP corporate brand standards.
- Collaborate with other corporate departments (i.e. Marketing, HR, Safety, and Compliance) and Business Units as appropriate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of professional multimedia production experience.
- Strong portfolio required.
- Experience in manufacturing or B2B environments.
- Experience developing multimedia content for multilingual products or global audiences.
- Exposure to 3D animation or CAD-to-animation workflows.
