What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate CNC machines to shape lumber and nonferrous materials
- Use probes, calibration programs, and height gauges to ensure accuracy
- Touch off tools and manage spoil boards for optimal performance
- Inspect finished products to meet exact specifications
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
- Perform pre-shift equipment checks and minor maintenance
- Collaborate with a team that values safety, speed, and quality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of CNC machine experience (FANUC control preferred)
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret machine code
- Comfort with computers and digital tools
- A hands-on, can-do attitude and a drive to grow
