Key Responsibilities
Hourly Pay Range: $20-25 per hour *dependent on experience* *pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living Bonus/Incentive Pay:Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.Benefits currently offered to our employees:- Create and revise drawings under the guidance of experienced designers
- Assist in developing construction documents and incorporating redlines
- Help maintain organized files and consistent drawing standards
- Partner with project teams to ensure accuracy and quality in deliverables
- Build knowledge of industry codes, drafting standards, and workflows
- High school diploma required
- 5 years of experience in design/drafting (wood or metal manufacturing, store fixtures, or interior environments required)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to follow direction, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
- Basic experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and expand technical expertise
