Job Title: Warehouse Receiving
Job Summary: To accurately match product to design and complete demand in ERP system. To unload and receive incoming materials by using our ERP system.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
* Monitor: Watch dock for vendors and suppliers. Sign for what you receive only.
* Unload: Unload trucks by forklift (certification). Unload products off trucks by pallet jack and or by hand.
* Organize: Make sure all materials are in designated receiving area. Receive in order of receipt.
* Read and Write: Must be able to read and write English. Documentation must match system
* Computer and ERP System Use: Perform basic computer tasks and navigate the ERP system for receiving and inventory control functions.
* Inventory Management: Apply foundational knowledge of inventory management principles.
* 5S Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace following the 5S methodology.
* Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be willing to learn and perform additional duties as needed.
* Warehouse Knowledge: Apply basic warehouse knowledge to enhance operational efficiency.
* Safety Compliance: Our number one goal. Prioritize safety and adhere to all safety protocols and practices.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Previous experience in warehouse receiving or a similar role preferred.
* Skills: Strong attention to detail, accuracy in counting, and ability to read and interpret documents.
* Technical Proficiency: Competency with a tape measure, basic computer operations, and ERP systems.
* Work Environment: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
* Safety Orientation: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
