As a Member Service Representative (Teller), you’ll be challenged to deliver outstanding service through our vision of People. Passion. Purpose and ensure that our members have a first-class experience, each and every time they visit us.
What You’ll Do:
· Be a face for our brand by having a friendly disposition, positive attitude and of course, by wearing a smile!
· Listen. Our members need to know that they have our undivided attention, whether it be in person, over the phone or even through email or text. Listening is 100% of the job and crucial to any position here at the credit union.
· Provide Solutions (This is where your stellar listening skills come in!). You’ll need to identify the problem, troubleshoot issues – anything from eServices to account inquiries - and then talk them through the best solution, even if you have to think outside the box!
