UFG is looking for an Agency Resource Specialist to join our team! In this role you will deliver integral internal and external customer-facing job functions including agency contracting, agency licensing, agency supplemental compensation management, and agency data management. This role develops strong relationships with agency partners and internal partners to meet business demands and ensure legal compliance.

Education:

The base salary range for this position is 25$25.00 - $32.00 hourly, which represents the typical range for new hires in this role. Individual pay within this range will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, geography and market data.

Responsibilities
- Agency Contracting: Gather, prepare, store, and maintain compliant agency contracts. Collaborate with legal department and agency partners for successful execution.
- Agency Licensing: Manage agency and producer licenses, working with the State Departments of Insurance and external agency partners to meet compliance requirements and state standards.
- Agency Supplemental Compensation: Manage correctly and compliantly rewarding agency partners in partnership with corporate finance.
- Agency Data Management: Provide and maintain meaningful agency data to assist agency partners placing desired business with our company, by utilizing internal system and external agency structure knowledge.
- Project Work: Dedicate time weekly to advance team projects to enhance workflow processes, compliance and efficiency.
Education:
- Associates degree required; Bachelors preferred.
- 2 years of insurance industry experience.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to read contracts.
- Internal system knowledge and external agency structure knowledge.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- General knowledge of insurance terminology and independent agency systems.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Experience with Docusign and Power Automate a plus.
- General office environment, hybrid or remote allowed.
