Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive Results: Take full ownership of monthly revenue goals for Private Training, Small Group Training, and Supplements.
- Sales & Service Training: Lead fitness tours, conduct member prospecting (in-person/digital), present training options, and convert introductory packages into full, long-term programs.
- Master the "Turn-Over": Ensure a seamless hand-off from the front-desk sales team to the specialized coaching staff so new members immediately start with an action plan.
- Pipeline Management: Build a dedicated client base through consistent outreach, tracking body fat/measurements, and managing supplement booths or seminars.
- Coach the Coaches: Work alongside the Regional MMA Manager to lead daily, weekly, and monthly meetings. Motivate, guide, and supervise coaches to ensure they remain productive and meet their financial targets.
- Service Excellence: Act as the direct point of contact for member inquiries regarding the Coaching Department. Mediate and resolve member or employee relations issues in a timely, professional manner.
- Scheduling: Independently manage and oversee client appointment lifecycles, staff schedules, and time-keeping records to ensure coverage.
- Enforce Policy: Consistently implement, communicate, and follow all corporate and club-level policies, operational systems, and safety procedures.
- Club Upkeep: Conduct daily facility walkthroughs and coordinate directly with operations staff to report any equipment repairs or maintenance needs.
- Availability: Maintain a flexible schedule with Monday through Sunday availability, including both morning and night shifts, to support operational needs.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of related experience in fitness sales, hospitality, or retail management. Experience in employee relations or staff supervision is preferred.
- Technical Skill: In-depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques (assessment to program design) paired with thorough Mixed Martial Arts technical proficiency in Striking and Grappling.
- Certifications: Current CPR/AED certification required. Must possess at least one nationally recognized fitness certification recognized by UFC GYM.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; a 4-year degree in a related field is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to remain active on the fitness floor for long periods, demonstrate proper use of all equipment, spot clients safely, and frequently lift and/or move up to 45 lbs.
