Responsibilities
- Conduct Recovery Tours to sell and service members.
- Book recovery appointments during check-ins and phone/in-person outreach.
- Provide myofascial release, or other recovery modalities to members.
- Assist members and encourage member involvement in Recovery Membership
- Ensure accurate administration of members supplement purchases, and recovery programs.
- Arrive on time, prepared, and attentive for all appointments.
- Assist in all revenue-generating activities, including but not limited to: complimentary tours/sessions, recovery booths, seminars, workshops, etc.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized recovery area
- Monitor member safety during recovery sessions
Qualifications
- Have experience with recovery modalities
- Sales experience (0-1 year)
- Friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Current dotFIT certification (or in club)
