Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalized recovery sessions tailored to individual client needs.
- Utilize various recovery techniques, including stretching, foam rolling, and massage.
- Educate clients on the importance of recovery in their fitness journey.
- Monitor and assess client progress, adjusting recovery plans as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized recovery area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate with trainers and coaches to integrate recovery into training programs.
- Stay updated on the latest recovery trends and techniques in the fitness industry.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance member experience.
- Administer and monitor recovery services (e.g., NormaTec compression, cryotherapy, Theragun, red light therapy, etc.)
- Guide clients through recovery protocols and explain the benefits of each modality
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of recovery equipment and space
- Stay current on recovery trends and wellness education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Promote recovery memberships and upsell services when appropriate
- Track client sessions and feedback in the system
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest
