Key Responsibilities
- Juice Bar Excellence: Prepare food, smoothies, and beverages accurately according to company health and safety standards. Keep the Grab N Go and self-serve stations fully stocked with utensils and products.
- Merchandise & Gym Store: Oversee inventory, keep retail displays immaculate, and advise clients on the utilization and care of apparel and gear to meet individual sales goals.
- Operational Standards: Keep the store clean, organized, and fully compliant with local Health Department codes. Maintain rapid, accurate cash register operations and point-of-sale transactions.
- Community Connection: Warmly greet and assist customers, resolve complaints with extreme professionalism, and answer questions regarding food specifications and merchandise.
- Administrative Requirements: Strict adherence to scheduled shift times, meal periods, and proper clock-in/clock-out protocols.
- Energy & Attitude: An upbeat, friendly, and highly motivated personality with excellent people skills.
- Expertise: Strong organizational abilities, an understanding of basic food and beverage operations, and a commitment to great customer service.
- Flexibility: Availability to work a dynamic schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends as required by club operations.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience in the food and beverage, health club, or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Food Handlers card (must be obtained within the first 30 days of hire).
- Physical capability to stand for up to 7 hours a day and lift/carry 20–30 lbs.
