Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Fitness Coach located in Anaheim, CA. The Fitness Coach will be responsible for leading group exercise classes, providing one-on-one fitness training, and creating fitness programs tailored to individual client goals. The role also includes educating members on proper nutrition and ensuring a safe and supportive workout environment. Fitness Coaches are expected to motivate clients and embody an active, healthy lifestyle.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction
- Skills in Fitness Training and familiarity with the Fitness Industry
- Understanding of Nutrition and ability to provide related guidance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Certifications in personal training, group fitness, or related fields are highly desirable
- Experience working in the fitness or health and wellness industry is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
