Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, providing courteous assistance and directing students, staff, and visitors to appropriate areas.
- Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Greet and acknowledge all students, staff, faculty, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Maintain and update departmental directories and contact lists as necessary.
- Provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives throughout the center.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications: Enrolled student, having a high school diploma or equivalent, and possessing strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred:
