Job Description
UF Information Technology (UFIT) is currently seeking an entry level IT Application Administrator I to join Applications, Development and Integrations, a unit within UFIT.
UF Information Technology enables teaching, learning, research, and service on campus and across the region with state-of-the-art enterprise IT systems, including SEC and SUS universities, and the opportunity to teach using HiPerGator.
This position is instrumental in the development and support of enterprise content management solutions for 16 colleges and multiple administrative areas across campus and the state – potentially impacting 70,000 customers daily. As an integral member of the UFIT Enterprise Document Management team, the incumbent must demonstrate a high level of creativity, comprehension, analytical skills, and teamwork.

Led by Senior Vice President and CIO Elias Eldayrie, the nine departments comprising UFIT are: Academic Technology; AI² Center; Applications, Development, and Integrations; Business Center; Customer Experience and Resource Planning; Data Platform and Analytics; Information Security Office; Infrastructure and Communication Technology; and Research Computing. - Assist in the analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise content management solutions that utilize both basic and advanced capabilities of Hyland OnBase and Docusign. These solutions automate complex processes and manage important university content (documents, e-forms, cases, data, etc.).
- Assist in providing prompt and courteous customer support for deployed solutions, including intake, triage, and resolution of support tickets.
- Assist in the development of technical documentation (designs, specifications, testing, processes, workflows, etc.).
- Demonstrate excellent communications, teamwork, and customer service.
