- Recruitment Operations & Candidate Screening: Review applications, perform initial candidate screenings, and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Interview Logistics & Support: Coordinate interview schedules, for candidates, ensuring a top-tier candidate experience.
- Internal Mobility Initiatives: Guide current UF Health employees through internal transfer processes, promoting career development pathways within the health system.
- Process Optimization & Automation: Identify workflow bottlenecks in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), recommend automated solutions, and support projects that enhance TA efficiency.
- Onboarding & Pre-Boarding Coordination: Facilitate offer letters, background checks, license verification, and credentialing workflows in collaboration with the onboarding team.
Education:
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field or experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, human resources, or administrative support functions.
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment technologies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Knowledge of recruitment operations, candidate experience best practices, and internal mobility concepts preferred.
