This position reports to the departmental manager. The position is responsible for the daily admissions operation to include immediate supervision on admitting personnel.
Qualifications
Required Education: High School Diploma or GED Necessary Skills: Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communication with people of diverse backgrounds. Knowledge of insurance requirements preferred. Requires excellent decision-making skills. Ability to perform cashiering functions. Must be able to handle stressful situations in a professional manner. Knowledge of PC in Windows environment. Required Experience: Minimum two years of experience in healthcare Supervision: Supervisory responsibility - YES. Preferred Education: Associate's degree in business, accounting or a related field Preferred Experience: Previous experience working as a team lead or supervisor
