UF Health Human Resources is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Analyst – Total Rewards.
In this role, the Senior Executive Total Rewards Analyst will thoughtfully support the design and implementation of our total rewards program. This includes managing compensation, benefits, and other employee perks with the aim of attracting, engaging, and retaining our valued team members while aligning with the organization’s broader goals.
The role also plays a key part in executive compensation and works closely with the Chief Human Resource Officer, VP of Total Rewards, the UFH Compensation Committee, and Senior Leadership.
Reporting to the System VP of Total Rewards, this position is important in shaping the Employee Value Proposition to reflect and support UF Health’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
**The role is remote, it is based in Florida, and candidates are required to reside within the state**
Responsibilities
- Program Management:
- Executive market pricing and job description development
- Management and Executive Incentive Administration – works with finance in planning, services markets with data as needed, and administers actual payment – under the direction of the Compensation Committee and Leadership. May provide forecasts of incentives and costs based upon attainment and final FY attainment.
- Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan (SERP) Administration – works with finance, CHRO and VP Total Rewards, and third-party executive compensation consultant in planning and administration of the SERP plan.
- Analysis. Use analytical tools and statistics to perform analysis and forecasting of financial and other business information to assist in the design of executive compensation programs.
- Communication. Produce and coordinate all levels of communication and/or education related to annual and monthly long-term incentive processes.
- Optimization. Use strategic, collaboration, and business acumen to creativity to identify opportunities for process/system improvements within the day-to-day executive reward opportunities.
- Vendor and Partner Collaboration. Work closely with outside vendors, internal accounting, tax, corporate and business unit human resources/compensation and legal departments.
- Compensation Committee. May assist in the preparation of materials for the UF Health Compensation Committee meetings in conjunction with VP Total Rewards, Chief Human Resource Officer, and Executive Compensation Consulting Firm.
- Compliance. Update compensation plan documents, policies and procedures accordingly, in coordination with counterparts in Legal, Tax, Controllers
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required, often in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
- Experience: Five (5) years in compensation experience with progressive experience and qualifications. Experience in executive compensation experience required (e.g, incentive administration, SERP, executive leveling, market pricing).
- Industry Experience: Healthcare experience with a knowledge of industry trends, jobs, and workplace care settings.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with compensation software, HRIS systems, data analysis, and financial modeling.
- Analytical Ability: Strong skills in analyzing compensation data and market trends.
- Communication: Excellent ability to convey compensation strategies and influence executive decision-making.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of compensation-related laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree preferred
- Certifications: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and other relevant credentials from WorldatWork, SHRM and other institutions highly valued.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency Workday HCM highly desirable.
