Under the direction of the Site Supervisor, the receptionist coordinates the daily patient flow including, but not limited to patient registration, patient authorizations, scheduling, co-payment posting and answers multiple telephone lines.

- High School Diploma/GED
- Post High School Special Training
- Associates Degree Preferred
- Minimum of 2 years Medical Practice Front Desk experience required.
- Electronic Health Record experience required
- Experienced in dealing with the public, strong customer service skills; and age specific-care.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
