Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or related coursework preferred
- 2 years of experience in patient account management, medical billing, or revenue cycle operations
- Knowledge of insurance verification and billing processes
- Experience resolving patient billing inquiries and discrepancies
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards
