Ensures the reliable operation and security of the organization’s network infrastructure by monitoring performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and assisting with the installation and maintenance of network hardware and software.
Analyzes network traffic and security logs to identify potential threats and supports the implementation of upgrades, patches, and security enhancements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain system stability and performance.
Maintains accurate documentation of network configurations and procedures, supports end-users with network-related issues, conducts routine audits to ensure compliance, and coordinates with vendors for equipment maintenance, warranties, and service contracts.

Education:
Associate’s degree (AA or AS) in Computer Science or a related field required
OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or work experience
Minimum Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience supporting network infrastructure operations
Basic understanding of network performance monitoring and troubleshooting
Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance
Ability to analyze network traffic and review security logs
Strong documentation, organization, and end-user support skills

- Troubleshoot network connectivity, performance, and hardware/software issues across the organization.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware, software, and communication systems.
- Monitor network traffic, security alerts, and system logs to identify and respond to potential threats or vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to implement network upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, procedures, standards, and support activities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end users regarding network-related issues and connectivity concerns.
- Participate in routine compliance reviews, security audits, and adherence to organizational IT policies and standards.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding network equipment, warranties, maintenance agreements, and service contracts.
- Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and network security initiatives to ensure system availability and protection.
