Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1 years of experience supporting ERP system implementation and maintenance.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, C , Python, or other programming languages may be required.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Certification may be required depending on the area the role supports (e.g., Oracle/PeopleTools Certified Expert Certification, Workday Administrator Certification, etc.).
- PeopleSoft HRIS experience
- Basic knowledge of business process analysis and ERP configuration.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to assist in system testing and end-user training.
- Familiarity with ERP software and system performance monitoring.
