Responsibilities
The Administrative Nursing Supervisor coordinates and assists as necessary in continuum of patient care, quality of patient care, team member utilization, productivity, organizational initiatives, and other duties as they relate to all services throughout the organization. Acts on behalf of and/or as advocate for hospital administration, team members, physicians, patients, families, visitors and the community at large. Proactively manages and improves system patient flow (throughput). Minimizes barriers and delays that impede or may potentially impede system and facility access. Supports and performs duties collaboratively with, but not limited to, senior management, Medical staff, directors, coordinators, managers, other supervisors and team members. Reports and discusses organizational concerns, barriers, morale, and/or significant events with appropriate leadership. Supports, enforces, and role models Service Excellence standards. This is a full time, day shift position.
