Overview

The Perioperative Scheduler under the direction of the Perioperative services management is responsible for scheduling all procedures for the Perioperative areas, coordinate equipment requests with physician offices, assists with monthly reports and performs other duties associated with the Perioperative Scheduling System.

Qualifications

Education:

• Post High School
  
  

Special Training Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• ORT training preferred
  
  

Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required:

• Medical Terminology I & II required
• Computer & Keyboard Skills required
• Previous scheduling experience preferred
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
